Two 28,000 BTU/hr burners with lift-off heads and cast iron grates provide precise heat control for sautéing, simmering, and boiling. The shrouded flash tube pilot system ensures consistent ignition with minimal maintenance.

The 30,000 BTU/hr standard oven cavity (26¾"w × 26"d × 13¾"h) maintains temperatures from 250° to 500°F, ideal for roasting, baking, and finishing dishes.
